Thumbs up Happy Days are Here Again. 240D problem solved

My 240D had a bad trans problem over the past 4 or 5 days, but thanks to many good ideas for some of you guys. I have fixed the problem. Just when I was ready to take it to the shop, I decided to give the vac system one more shot. after getting my fluid level just right, I started tinkering with the vac lines, I found that if I moved the line that goes to the transmission closer to the vac pump it worked a lot better, even better than before the problem started. I need to replace my pump or maybe find any leaks that it might have, but for now I'm happy with it. At least I know for sure whats wronge with it.

Would you kindly add your post to the end of your original thread and delete the above post?

It would be better for everybody if we maintain continuity. Then it's possible to see the outcome of all the suggestions.

Thanks.
