87 300D Windshield is loose!
OK, now I've seen it all.
I was cleaning the inside of my windshield the other day, and pushing on it a little, and noticed that it is loose! I can actually push out on it and it moves just a little bit all the way around. Now I know what the vibration is when hitting bumps. What's up with this? I've never had this happen before. Does it need a new seal? Nothing is rusted, or looks bad from what I can see. It appears to be original, and could be replaced since there are a couple of chips and some wear from the wiper. Should I order a new seal and then have the glass co come out and put in a new windshield? Any thoughts? DS 87 300D Northern Iowa - we're good to golf here now.
