Diesel Purge didn't do squat...!

i purged today, and the stuff didn't get dirty at all. No change in running. Guess that Biodiesel with its solvent capability did the job already!

Yes, bio-diesel will do the job. Instead of purging i periodicly buy 5 gallons of B100 and dump it in when its close to R on the gauge. Then Rev it up good on the highway. (itallian tune up). It works wonders.

I could have told you that. If you really want to clean your injectors, you have to pull them out, dissasemble them, and soak them individually in carb cleaner.

One hundred percent biodiesel.

B20 would be a blend of 20% biodiesel, and 80% regular diesel fuel.

The "B" stands for Biodiesel
The numerical part stands for the percentage of biodiesel. B20 means 20% Biodiesel and 80% regular diesel

Just so you know, at 65K, I took out the head for a glow plug fix and had the injectors tested and cleaned. They tested fine and were already clean. I know the PO didn't use any BD. The head looked relatively clean when it came out.
