300D vs. 300E

I was wondering if an 87 300D cost more or less than a 87 300E when new?

The 300D has a turbo, the 300E does not! I wonder what other cost related items might make the two models differ in price?

How much faster is the E over the D? What other differences were there?

Is a D higher in resale today than the E?
