For sale My 1984 Mercedes 300td wagon with only 199780 miles. This is a European edition vehicle with a clear Texas title currently licensed and inspected and driving in Texas. This is a great wagon, it runs great drives great, it has many desirable features over a U.S. edition. 4 speed manual transmission (super desirable over the automatic), non turbo charged 5 cylinder diesel for exceptional reliability and economy. Manual windows, door locks and sunroof. Low maintenance vinyl and cloth interior. No 3rd seat. 4 brand new goodyear tires less than 200 miles ago. New alternator and battery about a month ago. The A/C compressor is working but needs a charge, There is no radio installed, and the dash has some cracks, but has been covered with a custom fit plastic cover. The exterior paint is original and there are normal wear ,scuffs and door dings for its age. There are 2 spots of corrosion on the forward doors just below the mirrors, there must have been some standing water in there. There is no other corrosion anywhere except as mentioned above. This car has only been on the coast for about 2 months, and never on the beach. I have lots more pictures so e-mail with any questions or to set up an appointment to view and test drive.
