1993 300D 2.5 Front Motor Mounts
I am in the process of replacing my front motor mounts. Looking at the oil pan, both sides seem to have transmission lines running along the side.
How should I go about changing the mounts ? I was planning to lift one side of the oil pan, at the seem of the oil pan to the upper oil pan, at a time. With the tranny cooling lines ruuning along each side, is it okay to support the entire oil pan on a 2 ft x 1 ft x 1" plank ? How best to approach this ? Thanks for ur input. |
