I finally found an SD that has what I wanted- perfect dash wood and a chocolate brown interior!
The rest, as they say, is negotiable.

349K on the odo, but it has a fresh engine that pumps +3 bar oil pressure at hot idle, and a tranny that shifts firmly with only a 2 second delay between forward and reverse.

It has the usual stone chips and cosmetic diddly stuff on the outside, but the inside is very acceptable.

drives straight, steers straight, stops straight, and pulls like a train around town.

Once I unload the Vic, I'll be better able to turn my attention to it and get the minor stuff fixed.
