I was driving down Colorado Blvd tuesday night about 10pm. I pulled up behind what looked like a black ML. It had black patches/covers over most of the doors, hood, back end, and only a hole in place of the star in the grille. The only identity mark was a "Werkswagen" label on the trunk. I had my camera, but dang my luck for a dead battery.

I followed it for a mile or so and it dawned on me that it was an R-class!
I could not get to a stop point to ask questions (as if they would answer) or hear much engine-wise (For once my car was TOO loud! ). I know the Vision-R had the 4L CDI, I just hope they sell it here with that option.





I have seen the future... and it is the R-class....

I like the R-Class from what I have seen online. I would definetely buy one if I had funding and it was offered with a diesel

I just saw a gold R500 with Alabama "Manufacturer" plates on I-25 this afternoon. Murray Motors will only tell me that they will sell the R350 and R500 models for 2006. We'll just have to wait for that R400 CDI later down the road...
