I've checked the area to see if there are auto appraisers or inspectors nearby, but, well, it's Monroe and there's not much going on there in the way of vehicle inspections.

If you don't get an answer, they may be still affected by the hurricane. I'm not sure if Monroe, LA was damaged but one member, from Jackson, MS, reported no power and minimal phone system. Jackson, MS is straight east of Monroe, LA on I-20.
