Diesel Mosquito fogging, West Nile Virus

Reducing Risk of West Nile Virus through Diesel Mosquito fogging.
These are practical plans for qualified master technicians to address a health/safety concern, any use or abuse of this information is your responsibility and liability.
#1. Weld a 1/8 NPT female boss just after the turbo output/exhaust side.
#2. Drill a three millimeter hole through exhaust pipe in the center of the welded 1/8 NPT female boss
#3. Get a 1/8 male NPT 1/4 tube female compression fitting.
#4. attach at least 3-5 inches of 1/4 tube to female compression fitting.
#5. Get a domestic windshield washer (fogger) bottle with pump, mount it in a front fender area.
#6. You will need a spool of wire to power=(colored RED), and ground=(colored BLACK) the washer pump.
#7. Find a ground point in the driver knee/foot area, and attach enough (GROUND) black wire to reach where you want the switch.
#8. Select your switch type, I prefer horn type push button, attach the (GROUND) black wire to the switch
#9. Attach (GROUND) black wire to the windshield washer (fogger) bottle motor, and route it to, and connect to the switch.
#10. Mount the switch in a location that will not strain or distract.
#11. Attach RED=(POWER) wire to the windshield washer (fogger) bottle motor and positive battery terminal, through a fuse.
#12. Connect check valve to 1/4 tube (to prevent exhaust gas entering the fluid line).
#13. Attach rubber hose to windshield washer (fogger) bottle motor output and check valve.

Warning: Read the mosquito fogging chemical MSDS BEFORE you buy it.

#14. Fill the Fogger bottle with your preferred mosquito fogging chemical.
#15. Start the engine.
#16. Activate the switch.
#17. Verify fogging cloud at several throttle positions.
#18. Top off the Fogger bottle with your preferred mosquito fogging chemical.
#19. Clean up.
Note: Keep a jug of your mosquito fogging chemical in the trunk during the summer.

If others choose to misuse the theoretical plans I posted, I can not stop them.
Perhaps I did not supply enough evidence of the real health reason for this post.

Diesel Mosquito fogging, West Nile Virus

http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/eid/vol7no1/rose.htm
Vector-borne diseases (including a number that are mosquito-borne) are a major public health problem internationally. In the United States, dengue and malaria are frequently brought back from tropical and subtropical countries by travelers or migrant laborers, and autochthonous transmission of malaria and dengue occasionally occurs. In 1998, 90 confirmed cases of dengue and 1,611 cases of malaria were reported in the USA (1) and dengue transmission has occurred in Texas (2). Other vector-borne diseases continue to pose a public health threat. Even though the reported incidence of most of these diseases is low (in 1997, 10 cases of eastern equine encephalitis, 115 of LaCrosse, and 14 of St. Louis encephalitis [SLE]), occasional epidemics, e.g., of SLE (1,967 cases in 1975 and 247 cases in 1990, mostly in Florida [3]) have resulted in aerial applications of insecticides, primarily malathion. In addition, new vector-borne threats continue to emerge. In 1999, West Nile virus, an Old World flavivirus related to Saint Louis encephalitis virus, was first recorded in New York (4). The virus, which is transmitted by anthropophilic mosquitoes, caused a serious outbreak (62 cases, 7 deaths) and signaled the potential for similar outbreaks in the Western Hemisphere. Pesticides, which traditionally have been used in response to epidemics, have a role in public health as part of sustainable integrated mosquito management for the prevention of vector-borne diseases. We assess the future use of pesticides in view of existing niche markets, incentives for new product development, Environment Protection Agency (EPA) registration, the Food Quality Protection Act (FQPA), and improved pest management strategies for mosquito control.

I have a similar set up on my car except I lead the output tube right up under my dash near the ash tray. You didn't mention what you filled your tank with but I have found that Bombay silver or Chivas Regal works for me. What open container? Leaving a jar of olives on your dash is optional.

This is, of course, used for medicinal purposes.

Will this work on a 1994 Saturn SL2, gasoline?

It already smokes like mad, I want to make it worse. The car is on its way out in a couple of months (gots our hands on some money, folks are gonna buy a new car for A2B town driving.)

If I rev it to 6 (it redlines at 7) it makes a nice white/grey cloud.

They use METAL in a Saturn!?!?!? I thought the engine was all. (Even the engine block is cast in styrofoam!)

OK, on a serious note...

What pumps work well with this fluid? Most washer pumps I've used on my "Diesel fogger" will mess with the seals and kill the pump within 2 months.

Will an off the shelf Electric fuel pump like this eBay one work better? Napa sells a nice $40 multi-fuel pump.

Your irony is not amusing. You killed a benz, I'm simply abusing 1994 POS with 220,000 miles, smashed fender, worn clutch, leaky roof/doors/floors, torn seats, non-functioning AC, smashed rear bumper, and a bad CV joint.
