how do I change the coolant?

This is the first car I have had with no drian on the radiator, and the coolant cap is on the tank on the side not the radiator. Short of just pulling a hose, how do I drain it?

And how do I fill it back up?

Thanks
Doug

just pull a hose..

you just pull a hose.. thats the way we do it..

one of the bottom hoses..

or to flush usually on an older mb there is a bolt on top of
the thermostat housing you can loosen.. put the hose in the
resivor tank and open the bolt on top of the thermostat housing.

You can also find the little plastic (blue) drain plug on the bottom of the radiator and take that out to drain it, then fill it through the top hose and cap on the expansion tank, or if no expansion tank, right into the radiator from the cap on it. 50/50 mix of distilled water and MB coolant is highly recommended. Warmer climates you can go 40/60 of coolant/water

There is.....but I don't think you'd want to deal with trying to get it out!
