Winter fun!!

Lets do another winter thread!

Here are a few pics of my SD, and SDL this winter. Notice the SDL is under the cover.

I did a few nice doughnuts at the boat ramp. Lots of fun if you screw up you go for a swim!

Brandon thanks for the help! As you can see it worked like a charm!

we are expecting 4-8" starting this afternoon.........I guess every moron and their brother are going to insist on trying to drive with Bald summer tires today.....this is going to be a fun drive home with the traffic those idiots cause.

I miss driving on peacefull snowcovered roads in the country like where I grew up. Those are nice photos Hatty.

With all those donuts you may have a future career as a police officer. Actually it totally amazes me that we have had no snow at all plus it has been averaging about 40 degees for the last few weeks with highs in the 60s. Starting yesterday at last it has become cool enough to snow and ground has begun to surface freeze. Strangest thing is thought it was always a lot warmer south of us in general. Perhaps it is just a strange year.

I am looking forward to 4-6 tomarrow! I love driving the SD in the snow, the SWB W126's are great! No ABS is awsome as well!

I can't hurt this thing, it was bouncing off the IP stops yesterday while I was spinning and it seems to be running better then ever.

It's about time. My poor Cherokee only gets driven around the block once a week to keep it from going bad.

I'm trying to pollute less (wvo/vo conversion), but I do like driving when no one else can....

No serious snow yet around here. The most we've had was like 0.25 inches. Great with me as I am not a fan of snow and I don't know how to drive these rear wheel drive cars in snow (well I have never tried, that's why I have my Honda Civic). Our temps here are insane though, last night temps dropped to -8 F and temps now are currently just 18 F.

Hey Hattie, that SD of yours is a real beater. Cracked dash and stuff...

I've been drifting around an empty lot or 2 this year. I don't know why, but my rear tires are horrible in the snow (Michilen Weatherwise) that came on the car. The 250 was 2 before the chokes started to stick closed so I gotta fix that.

Haha awesome...the mental picture of you speeding along a suburban city street and then WHAM into a pile of snow in a old pick-em-up truck and blowing a hole in the wall.

Awesome
