that the automatic tranny is shot.

and that i have a spare automatic too.

so i got estimates for r and r ing the automatic: $425
install my out of the car four speed and shorten ds $685
r and r the fiver from my ex ralley and shorten ds $715

so i am leaning toward the fiver.

and i am thinking of converting the ac to manual controls too.

then the next project for the coupe would be installation of new leather on the seating surfaces. my buddy knows a guy in elwood in that does those type of things reasonalby.
