I always considered getting an SL or an SLC and now have an 85 300DT for the last year.

How will repairs and maintenence compare to the W123's on an older SL or SLC late 70's to early 80's models...?

Generally from what I've noticed, parts are 1.5-2x as expensive... brakes are a lot more. The engines themselves are pretty durable but the top ends don't last forever you know.
