Left side of dash cluster lights--
that illuminate the oil pressure/fuel guage keep going out....not burning out. I've eliminated the rheostat, put dielectric grease on the bulbs, checked all connections, bulbs are good....they just quit lighting up. The circuit board appears to be good. What am I missing guys? And should I just replace the cluster....but if this is a common problem (?) will it just re-occur?

Likely a ground problem, and yes this seems to be a fairly common problem. so a different instrument set could have the same symptoms. The ground wires are usually brown and there is a... well..., a cluster of them behind the instrument cluster. Take a look and see what you find.
