what are those 3 plugs between the glow plugs? those wires lead to a black box with an 80 amp fuse how do i know if the fuse is bad? do those wires hav anything to do with me not able to start my car after sitting for a few years.

If the fuse is bad you will not have twelve volts on your glow plugs when the indicator on your dash is on. Read the glow plug voltage with a meter but a simple 12volt test light will do as well.

There would need to be quite a bit more info shared to even begin to possibly hazard a guess or offer a course of action...

Are you talking about the sensors in the head that have an electrical connection to them?
