Please Recommend Mechanic near Downtown LA/Pasadena

Hello,

I recently purchased a beautiful '83 300td. It runs excellent and only has 155k miles on it. This is a keeper for sure. Now I just need to find an excellent/reasonably priced (I'm in grad school) mechanic close to downtown LA or pasadena to take it to. If anyone would recommend a mechanic I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank You,

Steve

I used to use Tri-Star motors in Glendale.
818-243-7746 George or Gary.
It has been a while since I have been there.

Sunland auto salvage for used parts 818-768-0704 maybe they know of
another.

For new parts I used to use Avo's in glendale (323) 245-0107.

Steve, Good purchase. Is there something wrong with the car that you are looking for a mechanic? if its just for routine maintenace try it yourself, they are easy to work on and it is the best way to get a feel for you car(if you have somewhere to do it)
