Oil pooling on round (passenger) side of cross over tube

Oil pooling on round (passenger) side of cross over tube

The egr is broken (hose plugged by bb) so where is the oil coming from? Could the turbo be leaking oil and blowing it into the intake?
90 350 sdl.
