Front Rotor/Hub Bolt Torque?

I finally got the bolts out of the brake disc holding it to the hub part. TIGHT! Is there a certain torque I need to tighten it back up to? Or just... tight?

Thanks!
And one newton meter equals approx. 0.737 pound foot.

So, 115 Nm = approx. 85 foot pounds. Okay.

Locktite on the threads? I think there was locktite on them. And rust. Some of them are stretched and bent, almost stripped. What a mess. Never try to find metric socket head cap screws in West Virginia. All you'll get is, "What do you need them for?"

Man, what a pain it was to take the hub from the rotor. PB and a breaker bar didn't do it. I was about to put a torch to it, but finally the neighbor's pneumatic impact did the trick. POWER TOOLS! HA!
