those %#@*& squirrels!

yesterday i was walking my daughters dog since they were at a weddding and she (the dog) stuck her head up under the back of my 350sdl and was snuffing around like there was something very interesting in the region of my rear spring. curious as to what it was, was there a small animal perched there? i got down on my hands and knees and looked. there jammed in my spring was a piece of dried up bread stick!

i had put some old bread sticks out for the animals on the other side of my house and the enterprising but not that hungry at the moment squirrell had "stored" it in my spring! on the other side of the house.

hmmm wonder if they caused the funny spring sound i have had a few times lately on the lr of the sdl? i guess i will go look to see if they have jammed a walnut in my spring over there.

Unhappy Bad news

Squirrels, chipmunks and mice are bad news.
All rodents seem to like vehicle wiring.

I have seen them chew through bulkhead grommets and eat the dash wiring in many cars.

The W126 false bulkhead is a perfect location for rodent nests, look under the battery tray.

The W123 seems to rodent nests in the hood hinge trough and air filter housing.

Have a great day.

Squirrels are nothing more than tree rats. I blast every one I see. Sorry animal lovers....

I've had the chipmonks and mice chew up the wires on my motorcycles. What a mess that was. Had an MG that something chewed up the wires in the dash. Try figuring out Lucas wiring.

Cheers,

Bill

We dont have many rodents around here-- none that come near the house(its suburban, not rural) at least.

we do, however, have green lizards out the wazoo! I present to youall my LizardWizard™ Mr. Wasabi!
