Does anyone know where that thread is on a higher amp alt for the 603? I recall a 500SL one bolts up. I know where one is getting parted ('90 model) and I'd like to yank it.
Also, once I see a pic of it I'll be able to tell if the 110A 400E units will work too.

You can bolt up a direct MB replacement up to 70 amps with only a pulley change if needed
