I've got a 90 350SDL and the oil pressure gauge jumps to 3 when the key is turned to ACC and stays there until I turn the car off. I suspect the sender is defective. Can someone tell me where it is located on the engine?

It is located at the bottom of the oil filter housing, MB part # is 006 542 94 17 and should cost you no more than $40.00 at any of the on line parts vendors.
