Unhappy Injector pump, leaking at throttle arm shaft

hi again, my OM 617 912 has a diesel leak from the throttle lever shaft. The throttle lever is on the inside of the pump next to the injectore/glow plugs and the shaft passes through the pump to the other side where it seems to be fastened by a circlip. The diesel is dripping from here, the circlip side. How do I remedy this with the pump in-situ, parts? Also would this cause an air lock later when trying to prime the whole system as this is what happened the last time the engine stood for a while, so had to crank without glow plugs in untill the fuel came through... and it really does come through!!
Cheers.
