PPG Windshield Glass

Does anyone know if PPG windshield glass is of the same quality as OEM?

I looked at another E300 last night, and noticed that it had this installed. Otherwise, the body looks nearly perfect.

I'm not sure I want to buy it, unless I can get full service records. Especially for the 5-speed transmission. Even at that, there was diesel fuel leaking from somewhere, puddling under the engine as it sat. The rear was parked slightly higher than the front, so it might only be the obviousely-leaking return lines from the injectors.

Still, the dealer should have made sure it wasn't leaking fuel before advertising the car, especially since they're not advertising it cheap.
