Lighter plug not working + fuses
My front lighter plug dosen't work, but the 2 in the back work. The fuse box cover says their on the same fuse. Any ideas how to fix it?
Also, where can I get spare fuses? or a new fuse box swap that uses modern ones? |

More than likely the cord/plug for the lighter in the pull out ash tray is unplugged, they have a tendency to do that. I'd remove the ash tray and make sure its actually plugged in. (two screws at the bottom once you pull out the little removable ash container thing you can see them)

Anyone know if they make a replacement fuse box or some new fuses? I currently have a few glass tube fuses stuck in there that keep falling out (and were glued in by the PO, i broke the glue while testing thm)

Thanks, ordered a box.
Is there any easy way I can rewire my lighter plug to be on all the time, instead of just when the car is on? |

There is an always-on wire in there from the radio headunit, but I don't know how much juice it could provide. Otherwise you could always run a new wiring run down through the dash (easy entry by the A/C hoses next to the brake booster, there is a rubber gasket on the firewall where they go through) and then hook it up in the fuse box or something....there's ways.
