NEEDED - Broken Shut off valves - for project...

Hi all, Yes, you read right, I would like all of the non-operational shut off valves that can be sent my way for OM617 (or 616, same right?) that you folks can send me.

Here is my purpose, I am tired of the vacuum troublesomes that I run into with the shut off system when used with my car alarm / starter. Plus, since these aren't all that cheap to replace, I am going to try and brew up an electric solenoid shut off system. Also planned will be a circuit in the shut off that you can have a hidden under the dash switch that when activated, even if the engine is started with the key, it will run for 5 seconds and kill. Great anti-theft device......... Plus, unlike the idea of venting the fuel line so that it sucks air if not disabled (whunter's idea if I remember? ) this won't require repriming fuel system.

All in all, If I can get this worked out into a "bolt her on and wire her up" kit, it should be easily marketable............ I can see it on Flea Bay now, "Protect your valuable MB diesel for the next 1,000,000 mi......."

Let me know, those who get me a broken shut off to experiment with can have one of the circuits for cost of parts only, free labor!
