Actually, if you read the listing carefully, he's providing a buyer's guide to the W123, and it includes the M110 engine. He does not state that the offered vehicle is included with this engine.
He accurately lists the specifications of the 300D in the appropriate section. This is one of the few knowledgable sellers of these vehicles, IMHO.

Yes, he has sold flood vehicles (Remember the 300Td with the water filled headlight, pictured with the same background?) but this one looks very nice. I didn't see any significant blemishes on the car.
