Rubber fuel line around prefilter? (300CD)

My OM617 is leaking fuel on both sides of the in-line prefilter. Looks like it is time for new rubber lines on both sides. Is that rubber line 5/16"?

Might as well go ahead and change the in-line filter while I'm at it.
