Arrow Anyone have an extra Auxiliary Fan??

Howdy,

I am looking for a good, used Auxiliary Fan for W123 and W126 (300SD thru '84).....prefer an original MB/Bosch Fan.....if you're hooked up with PayPal we can do business.......

Thanx,
SB

I am in process of disassembling my fan, and I have taken some photos.....having some difficulty in temoving fan from motor, but workin' on it.....will post a Thread regarding disassembly if I find brushes inside....probably will.......

w123 and w126 fans can be different sizes- and there can be a difference between gas and diesel. I could find you a SD fan this coming week no problem. Delivery would be after the new year, so if you find something sooner, good for you!

Let me know what you find/where this link will be, I have the fan part of my original 240D fan (outer ring was warped & corroded) but after it had sat 4 yrs dormant the bearings have gotten quite stiff, it's a good fan but I dare not use it or put power to it until I get the bearings apart and freed so as not to burn it up.

At a certain amount of money .... if you have any issues with your AC... you might consider upgrading the efficiency... like a SPO (Spelling ) Italian fan from Carlisle Auto Air in San Antonio... I have posted their contact info before so a search should bring it up... that is what I am planning on doing ... several have done this so they have one which will fit the area properly...

I can get a new one for $209....Performance products, or $250 from Phil.....

I was kinda thinkin' sort of like "reasonable"

Let me know what you would want for the one that you have had for the past 6 years.....
