Ebay reciever hitch for 123 sedans

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=012&category=33653&sspagename=STORE%3APROMOBOX%3ANEWLIST&viewitem=&item=220052988552

They look like this:

And somehow have to mount to this:

I sent them a question asking if they had installation instructions, and if it came with bolts.

The auction also said

"NOTE:: MAY NOT BE EXACT PICTURE OF

CUSTOM FIT HITCH FOR YOUR VEHICLE

so you should ask whether the Mercedes hitch is the same as the one in the picture.

$40 shipping to California.

I believe a have an extra one around here somewhere...

I'll get a shot of it if you need it.

notice the size of the square. its 1-1/4". pretty small but ok for say a small utility trailer. i had a similar one put on my 190d (?) quite a few years ago and pulled a pop up tent trailer with it. it worked good. i had a very good welding shop install it, and they welded it where you would need it welded and it became a light weight equalizer hitch.
this one shown is quite typical for a non-frame vehicle (looks like the one i had on my plymouth mini-van and my rabbit diesel) and would most likely be just bolted to the trunk floor pan and attached with bolts and large flat washers to spread the "load " of the mounting bolt to the good sheetmetal.
