Noise Reduction - Insullation

All,

Looking for advice on reducing the cabin noise in my 71 220D. It's going in for minor body work and a complete paint job in January so I'm looking to add insullation to the hood, firewall and doors if possible. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Yep.... It did get a little silly. But I thought there was at least two good tips.
If you find anything else please let us know. I still need to do something with my car.
