W123 Power Steering Pump - Front Seal

I need to place the front seal of the power steering pump on my 1981 300D. At the link below there are two different sizes of front seals listed. Does anyone know how I determine which seal to purchase?

Would it be possible to measure the outside diameter of the original seal?

Misery Benz

I'm sure you've been asked before, but I've never read it. Why is the '99 a misery benz? Must need a bunch of repairs. Thank God I don't have more repairs than I have now. Most of mine are small, though I did have some brake problems recently that was an expensive problem. The a/c problem is hopefully history now, and the injector pump O-rings have been replaced, so I'm hoping I'm on 'automatic' at this point (turn the key and go).
