'85 300TD Exhaust Manifold Torque Spec?

I've searched my manuals and cannot find the torque spec for the Intake/Exhaust manifold nuts. Can someone help?

For some reason there are no published specs for the torque.

I just used firm pressure on a standard ratchet.
