Correct me if I'm wrong here, but arent H2's the "expensive knock off" of a military hummer, based on a GM Full size pickup platform ?

Which would make we wonder, why an H2 (which has to conform to the same emissions specs as any other civilian vehicle) is less environmentally friendly than any other vehicle that gets...oh...nevermind...12mpg city, 16mpg highway =)

H2 is the second knockoff, the H1 is almost an exact duplicate, but with things like leather seats, and sterio, speakers, floormats, carpet and such... tripple the price of an H2...and no machine gun on top...
