Tank Strainer Removal
I can't locate a socket that will work for this job anywhere.....I guess we'll have to resort to the dealer....or begging the dealer if we could pay them to "rent" one of their sockets for a couple hours or something...
We're replacing all the lines on the '83SD and need to pull the strainer. It runs rough on a low tank of fuel so I am assuming its got gunk on it. Also, I'll be doing the same thing to my car at some point in the relatively near future. (few months or in the spring) Anyone have any ideas on this? We got everything else off, but can't get the strainer out.
