changing hidraulic lifters OM601 - how to?

Guys i need a guide in how to change the hydraulic lifters in a OM601 engine, is it to dificult?

assuming it's like a 603 it's pretty easy. You just have to respect the loosening and tightening sequence of the cam towers verbatim to the FSM. You'll also have to mark the timing chain to the cam gear...nail polish works well here.

After the cam is removed it's just a matter of dropping the new lifters in. No adjustment necessary.
