Just went through the whole thread. It's a shame when most of the pictures you come across is the empty "PhotoBucket" place holders. :(

I've been in this "club" for many years, but it's never gotten to GROUP status... why don't you make it a group?

Friend is sending one from Germany that has a blinking red triangle in center of red triangle.

A rotblinkender Warndreieck?

The non-folding "Warndreieck" with hard, white plastic center are still out there, but seldom seen. Had one years ago in our 78 Euro 300d, but failed to pull it when I sold the car.

If you just want the safety benefit, check out these inexpensive, alternative "Folders": Single folder by Hella in a grey carrier. Came out of a SAAB and appears identical, except for case color, to those found in the ML, keep it in my W124.

Triple set of Folders by James King & Co. right here in Oregon. Well made and appear identical to those by Hella, but much less $$. I keep a set in the W220. Still keeping an eye out to find the real thing for my 240D though. Don

Necro thread diggers ... I am also a member, but MB's never break down, so what was the point with these trunk gem queens?
