Glow Plug Relay Fuse 124 1993 300D

I have searched the forums and can't find this discussed anywhere. Where is the fuse located on this model? I have tested the relay and I am getting 12+ volts. I can't find the fuse on the relay?
Donnie

The fuse is an aluminum strip at the top (fender side) of the relay. Two phillips screws hold it in. It's under the big plastic cover over the relay.

I looked there and didn't see it. I did test each pin and have 12+volts coming from each pin. To me this means the relay must be working as should. The voltage drops to 7 after the timer runs out. Is this normal for the relay?

If you're testing the pins on the relay, then you have the plastic cover off of the relay, which means either the fuse is staring at you or burned in half and not looking like a fuse at all.

Looks like this when intact:

I seem to remember seeing a strip fuse outside of the GP relay box in my 300D, further back in the engine compartment on the same fender right in front of the fusebox. Not sure if that is the GP fuse or not, but what else would need a fuse that big? It was in a little rectangular housing with some larger wires going in/out. I haven't opened up my GP relay box forever, so I can't even remember what it looks like inside let alone if there was a fuse in there or not.
