1981 300TD No tach?

Ok, I find this dream 300TD on ebay.

Looks absolutely beautiful inside and out. Headrests for second row. Then I check out the dash pics. No tachometer. Is this correct? Check out that oil pressure at less than operating temp. I don't think that is a good sign at all. Oh well, time to look elsewhere. What do you guys think?
