79 300sd Tranny probs

if anyone could i would apprciate it, about 2 years ago i put a rebuilt tranny in my 300sd no problems, this morning i go out and put it in reverse then shifted into drive to go out came to a stop and the car would not go! not in drive, reverse will not move-- no noises Any ideas on the problem?
