Yes yes i would like to say i love 300d mercedes, i have a 1983 now but i found a 1985 300d and i am falling in love im going to check it out tommorow what should i look out for, and i know rust so thats on the checklist.

Also see how the transmission shifts, and check the blowby. If you can start it cold, or with minimal glowing and see how it starts.

Did anyone mention rust?
