Buying another 300d what should i look out for???
Yes yes i would like to say i love 300d mercedes, i have a 1983 now but i found a 1985 300d and i am falling in love im going to check it out tommorow what should i look out for, and i know rust so thats on the checklist.

cv boots / joints...
flex joints.. emissions oxidizer.. g'luck.

Add it twice more. Rust Rust Rust!
Also see how the transmission shifts, and check the blowby. If you can start it cold, or with minimal glowing and see how it starts.

Did anyone mention rust?
Verify that its a federal model, transmission flaring or hard shifts, suspension/streering feel, climate control and AC function, all the other normal used car stuff.
