My throttle bushing in my 1983 300D is totally shot. I was buying some various other parts and I happen to remember that this part needing replacing. So without actually looking again at the part on my car I ordered this:

Can anyone tell me why the first one is listed as a replacement for my 300D's throttle bushing? Because if it is I do not see how it goes on the car.
