Let alone in a wagon!
It has a 5-cylinder bored out to 3.0 liters with a liquid-to-air intercooler.

6.8 sec 0-60, but with 398 lb-ft it must be a screamer when passing.

BtW, old topic...
AMG has done a CDI??

yep, the C30 has been mentioned here (though never shown in action) several times before. The 2007 euro CDI models rival and many times beat the older C30. Hopes are that AMG will again work on a diesel once BMW and Audi start kicking the crap out of their gassers with stock or slightly modified diesel offerings (e.g A8)

Its great that it still smokes. AMG needs to work on the 4L CDI powerplant. They could get some amazing numbers out of that.
