Overload Protection Relay

How do you take the overload protection relay apart to resolder it? I don't see any way to get it apart, it seems as if the metal is crimped around the plastic base, and I am not sure how the top is attached.

Someone just did it, it seems you need to work the bottom apart slowly. I tried it with my old one but gave up soon after. Yes it seems impossible, but I guess not!
