Look whats behind the EGR after 200k...
I am installing Brian C's kit (which has gone perfectly) for EGR removal testing.
Popped the EGR itself off and found the attached picture. I am actually going to have to scrape some of it down to be able to seat the flat blocking plate. I think it was stuck *slightly* open. does this look worse/normal than other folks' EGRs? The intake manifold must be all gunked up like this too. Id imagine taking that off would take some time. dd
