I'm thinking of selling my 84 300D. Its a turbo diesel with 250K. Has the following done during my ownership:

New Battery
New Water Pump
New Tires
New Brake Pads
New exhaust (the middle section)
New T stat.
I have all records, even from PO with window sticker.

The Bad:
Will need a new half axle in the rear (passenger side) very soon.
Has rust on the rear fenders
Has a dent on the passenger side front panel.
Needs new glow plugs
Driver seat is a bit ate up
AC does not work, heat does.

I may be moving. Imay just give it to my dad, but I could use more money and less stuff, too. Here's some pics:
