They are U.S. Department of Defense Government surplus items. Condition F means they are not working, but are repairable; however, the pictures show green condition tags, which means they are currently serviceable. Also, many items are marked as unserviceable, but do in fact work just fine. In any event, they look fine in the pictures.

Just a few too many for my interests.
