German engineering my ass
Replacing a completely rusted out trailing arm on an 83 240D
Been wrestling with rusted on seized bolts for a few days and finally have all the bolts loose, thank god. But NOW, the last bolt cannot be removed because the driveshaft is in the way!! ![]() If the fscking "German engineers" had just inserted the bolt on the other side this problem wouldn't exist!! But nooo, the nutted side had to be in the completely clear area and the bolt head side had to be obstructed by the ****ing driveshaft. So what do I do now? Drop the whole driveshaft?? I don't even know if that would help because it's hitting the flange and not the driveshaft itself HELP PLEASE
