Question Fuel shut-off switch question

I'm replacing all the o-rings with Viton and have just finished drilling the head off one of those wonderful torx bolts that hold the fuel shut-off switch on. Am going back with metric allen heads and antisieze.

When I removed it from the pump, it feels like there's something loose inside. A sort of rattling sound when tilted about. Like a BB in a closed metal tube.

Just curious if anyone else has noticed this?

Dont remember mine ratttling.

Did you just have a leak or are you expiriencing a delayed shutdown when key is turned off or have the CEL lit up?

Just a leak.

The o-ring behind it was the ONLY one I didn't replace when I did my delivery valves and glow plugs a couple of years ago.
