sorry, this board is confusing to me. But I know there was a car because he offered to send me the email of the guy who bought it so if I wanted to offer him more than the $750, maybe I could buy it from him.

Joe hates him, so I'm really not taking Joe's word that he did it. Now, if Forced tells me that he did, I would believe it. But that still doesn't make the existence of the car any more believable.

And remember, "There is nothing more expensive than a cheap Mercedes-Benz." But imaginary cars are dirt-cheap!

the whole thing doesn't make sense. he allegedly couldn't get to the emails but he sold it to a guy from the craigslist ad? he must have been able to get to some and respond to them. furthermore, why would he care who he sold it to? he got his asking price. the whole thing is suspect.

The seller said he has proof that forced induction spammed his account. He said something about IP sniffers and loop somethings run on, believe it or not, gay porn sites.

I'll send him an email asking for the email of the person that bought it.

LOL, that's a good one. Really, this guy is a flake. Do yourself a favor and search on all his past posts on this forum and on benzworld.com so you know who you're dealing with. Find someone legitimate to sell you a car.

Only one person could have bought the car. What makes you think you would have gotten it, assuming there is a car and it's not a pile of trash?

I suggest you search out 240Joe's posts here and at Benzworld and you can see exactly the kind of person you are dealing with. It would be best to just let it go and keep looking for a car still for sale.
